Fun and relaxation

We pride ourselves on our workplace culture and recognise the importance of fostering relationship building among staff. We have social/events committees set up across most regions. Through these events and functions you can meet colleagues across discipline and make new friends!.

Below are just some of the activities we have in place to make Aurecon a great workplace:

• Regular events like movie nights, pool tournaments, trivia nights, Friday night drinks
• Wine tasting sessions
• Staff BBQs
• Footy tipping
• Monthly afternoon tea. As part of the Melbourne Cares initiative, a regular “Big Issue” vendor is invited to sell copies of the latest issue to staff during the afternoon tea.
