Professional Development Programme

This programme, endorsed by Engineers Australia and the Institute of Professional Engineers NZ, will help you develop your skills and knowledge so that you can become a Chartered Professional.

Through the programme you can work with different types of professionals who are willing to share their knowledge. Their mission? To help you gain the experience you need to build your career. An internal training programme will also assist you to achieve this goal.

And if you want to continue your studies by completing a post-graduate course you can apply for an education grant.

As one of the many graduates we select each year, you will participate in an annual seminar which provides an insight into Aurecon, gain a broader understanding of the opportunities open to you, and the chance to meet other graduates.

All this, while working on a broad range of projects. You may even get the chance to travel locally and internationally to work!

About our graduate seminar

As a Aurecon graduate you will be invited to our annual Graduate Seminar. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates to develop relationships and start networking with other Aurecon graduates.

During this seminar you will learn more about Aurecon; what our achievements and goals are; and what opportunities are available within Aurecon's business structure for you.
